2014 Shirts _For Sale

The purpose of these shirts is to spread awareness for Bowe, to serve as a walking billboard. Thank you for sharing Bowe’s story!

The majority of the cost of this shirt goes directly to Kotis Design to pay for production and other fees related to shirt production. In order to keep shirt prices as low as possible, The Bring Bowe Home Project receives only the smallest donation after production costs from Kotis Design.

This donation amount varies depending on the total number of shirts sold. For example if  12 shirts are sold, there may be no donations made to The Bring Bowe Home Project due to the small batch of shirts produced and inability to discount such a small order. If 50 shirts are sold, a few dollars may be donated per shirt. No two batches of shirts are the same.

The Bring Bowe Home Project uses Kotis Design as they are a Seattle based company. Kotis Design handles the individual billing and shipping of each shirt. If you have secured a vendor that will cover all the expenses of production, individual billing, and shipping, please contact us.

Donations are used to fund billboards. Please note that not all billboards are donated. Billboard costs include the cost of the poster/vinyl, shipping, rental space, and taxes. Each market has different polices, procedures, and regulations regarding pricing, availability, and ability to donate.

In addition to billboards, The Bring Bowe Home Project spreads awareness for Bowe with awareness booths, CrossFit Work Out of the Day, Running 4 Bowe, letter writing campaigns, and more. Donations make this possible.

No member of The Bring Bowe Home Project receives compensation. Our team is composed of entirely volunteers. All of our volunteers are Veterans or closely tied to the military community.

The Bring Bowe Home Project is a not-for profit organization registered under the laws of Washington State.  Additionally, the Bring Bowe Home Project is in the process of applying and filing for 501 status. This means that tax contributions to the entity may be tax deductible.  However, and while the organization is hopeful that this will be the case, because the organization is in the process of filing for 501 status, the Bring Bowe Home Project cannot yet confirm deductions as tax deductible.

In addition, because the organization is in the process of filing as 501 organization, The Bring Bowe Home Project has not yet filed Form 990. After Form 990 has been filed it will be subject to public disclosure.
